Join us for a full-day immersive experience designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and connection with water as a source of healing.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness practices, guided reflection, and spacious in-water experiences that cultivate ease, trust, and embodied awareness.
This retreat is open to all levels, including those who are new to water-based practices or looking to build more comfort in and around water.

Who This Is For
This retreat is for anyone seeking rest, renewal, and a deeper relationship with water as a healing element. No previous yoga, swimming, or water-based mindfulness experience is required.
