SWIM CLUB FOR ADULTS

Learn to swim, find relaxation, experience joy and wellness as you improve your swimming skills, achieve your fitness goals, and connect with the water and our community who share your passion for aquatic activities.

Welcome to
the Diversity In Aquatics (DIA) Swim Club!

The DIA Swim Club is in partnership with Diversity in Aquatics and the Swims Foundation and is a club member of the U.S. Masters Swimming. We believe that a healthy relationship with the water can promote health, well-being and a Blue-Mindfulness state of being in adults. In a stressful world, the water offers an opportunity to soothe, connect, and restore, promoting resilience and access to a more peaceful state.
